Return & Exchange Policy

* Return or Exchange will be accepted in case of physical damage of the product or entirely wrong product delivered to you. In that case you must provide the unpacking video.
•We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once the return product is received it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 days.
* Under any circumstances, we do not accept cancellation.
•Unpacking video should start from opening of the sealed package. In case of aggressive handling while opening the package which might lead to the damage of the delivered product, exchange or return of the product will not be accepted.
•please note we will only exchange we do not refund. You can exchange it with the same product or something in similar price range .
•For return or exchange,the damaged/wrong product must be packed in the same way as received keeping the delivery label, packaging wrap, cards and box intact. Once pickup is generated, our delivery agent will collect the product from you .
* For exchange/return of any wearable product, make sure that the item is unused and unwashed.
* For exchange you need to contact us via mail/ WhatsApp within Five (5) business days.
* Customized orders are not at all returnable.
* Please read the size details during placing an order. Any particular body measurement (eg. wider bust, shorter hands, narrow shoulders etc) should be mentioned. For uninformed measurement issues,return is not accepted. Please contact us separately for size customization.
* ⁠Return , exchange &  replacement will be delivered with in 10-15 days.
